Hello Vi,
I have raised a PORT request for my mobile numbers 9819008706 and 9920011687.
I have been using your service for 14 years and since last 1 year I am facing lots of connection related issues,call drop issues and decided to Port out and move to Airtel.
I have been getting continuous calls since the last 3 days to cancel PORT requests but I am firm on my decision.
In Spite of telling multiple times your retention team continues calling and harassing me.
Today morning they called me minimum 10-12 times and Mukesh Singh from the retention team told me to send CANCEL 9819008706 to 1900.I doubted his intention and confirmed multiple times that this message should not cancel my PORT request.
Mr.Mukesh assured me that this message will cancel my VI connection in the next 3 days and your Airtel services will be started.
But this was false communication from Mukesh Singh and I was ended in cancellation of PORT.
After 2 mins Mr.Raghav called me to repeat the same process with another number 9920011687.
Both the persons from the retention team of Vi and this is absolutely unethical to retain customers in such a manner.
I want an explanation from Vi on this and request Vi to take strict action against such employees.
