Text of Complaint by Taniya:

I filed a complaint of my aquagaurd on 25th May there was a red light that was showing on the purifier I requested a service from eureka Forbes they visited and changed the filter and pcb but the problem remained the same they told and convinced us to get 2 years AMC done which they charged us 10k the next day our RO started leaking after continuous call they visited and done nothing in that they also now my RO is in same condition and they are continuously escalating my complaint we are facing a lot of issue as that person has changed our filters with the old ones and there is continuous leakage and they are not changing the PCB as well
