I want to file complaint against Ola for the rental trip I took on 29th Aug 2022. The trip was booked for 2 hrs and 20kms.
The trip started at 5:12 pm and ended around 6:30pm. There was some system delay as such the bill was sent to my mail around 6:44 pm. Which was still within the agreed time limit.
I had chosen for cash payment and as such paid to the driver via Gpay at 6:52 pm.
I noticed after some that the final bill had issues with calculation and it has mentioned that the trip ended at 7:32 pm. So bill charged excess time of 20 mins and excess kms of 3 kms.
I called the driver and ola Support to highlight the issue. They mentioned thay will come back to me after review.
I tried multiple times to explain via call and writing the issue in their billing, but every time that would close my request stating the bill is correct.
I mentioned to the that I have received their invoice at 6:44 pm which is less than 2 hours after the start of the trip. But that are not willing to accept the error.
In total they charged 94 /- additional amount on the final bill and now I want to file complaint against them to get back this money with damages.
I have all the proofs to show the trip ended before 2 hours and payment was also made within 2 hrs after start of the trip.
