I erroneously paid an amount of 582.88 on 10th Mar 2022 through my autopay facility on my credit card for airtel landline number which was disconnected 2 years ago. The same number was now alloted to someone else and hence my autopay got activated and paid. Now i am following up on the refund of the same, but no favourable response from them.
