i have erroneously made a recharge of only internet and call services instead of internet+ ott applications..

  1. my recharge plan was of Rs. 999 per month and i opted  for 6 months plan. by mistake, the plan that was selected was the Rs 699 plan which only has internet and call data recharge..

i have tried contacting the jiocare and customer care numbers with 0 help from their side.. their response has always been that we do not have a solution for this issue..

We made a payment of Rs 4194 (6 month plan) for internet and call services and we wanted to update it to the OTT plan for 6 months..

we have been calling since the past 3 days and the customer care executives have not given us any solution.

we were told that we are stuck with this plan as they do not have any solution and we either have to wait for 6 months or cancel without getting any refund..

we are ready to pay the difference amount that is required for updating our plan but we are not getting that option. we are also ready to pay any processing fee for this change but no help is provided. all the other fiber platforms have solutions for these kind of problems. but jio is not ready to help us and have indirectly told us many times that this amount is never going to be refunded and once u pay then no option or help from their end to solve issues..

kindly help with this matter..
