I am writing to bring to your attention a critical issue regarding my CBIL report.ccording to my latest CBIL report, there is an erroneous entry showing an overdue amount of Rs. 12,913 in the “PCFIN CEASE-TERMINATED” account category (Account no: 200312020445857811). Despite this, there is no corresponding repayment option available for me to address this discrepancy. This inaccurate information is adversely affecting my CIBIL score, which has been continuously declining as a result.
I urgently request your immediate attention to rectify this matter. It is imperative that the incorrect entry be promptly removed from my CBIL report to prevent any further damage to my creditworthiness.
I kindly ask that you investigate and take the necessary steps to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Additionally, I request that you remove the erroneous account from my CBIL report entirely.
