I received the monthly bill for my airtel number for the month of Apr on 27 Apr 23 wherein I was charged Rs 3214 for 20 ISD calls which I have not made. I spoke to the customer care and asked them to check they said that the charges are valid. However as per my call log in the phone those numbers are not there. Moreover I don’t use this number for even local calls leave aside the ISD calls . There are only 20 calls in the bill which are all ISD numbers. I have been using this number for the past one year and all my previous bills can be checked if I have made any ISD call. I asked for the details of the mobile tower and the imei number of the device from which the calls were made however the company declined to provide the details. I have called the customer service a number of times but every time the answer is that the charges are valid. But I have not made these calls and believe the charges are incorrect.
