HARIOM,
I have been regularly recharging my mobile phone ON or BEFORE due date.
I recharged my phone 9869165147 on 4 Dec 2020 at 1.50 PM. for 699 /- so validity was for 84 days from Dec 4, 2020. I have also recharged today. Both PDFs are attached.
I came to know of this FRAUD and CHEATING when I realised Rs 30 /- has been wrongly / unfairly deducted from my main balance for a mobile call.
COMMON SENSE and world wide practice is at 23.59 a day ends and at 00.00 hours midnight NEXT day starts.
YOU have UNFAIRLY calculated my validity ending time as 26 Feb 2021 13.50 hrs whereas you should provide till midnight tonight.
HOW and WHY have you calculated my expiry on 26 February as 1.50 pm today ?
When I called customer care the person said according to YOUR STRANGE policy you consider the recharge time and so after 13.50 of 26 February.
I think you are waiting to take the consumers for a ride.
I ask you to undo this wrong transaction and reverse payment / credit my account.
In case there is NO REPLY / NO ACTION within 2 days of receipt of this email; I will take this matter with TRAI.
