Eradata service
They are sending msgs in wats app and asking to send id proof and mail id for doing work from home.
I send my adhar card and mail id.
They dis registrar from their end, God knows what registration they have done. After registration they are asking to open mail and verify otp and read term and conditions and make the agreement with company and sign it.
I got doubt by listening these words that there is some Nuisiance. I have not opend their mail and not verified otp, and not read any conditions and not made signature. Now they are asking to pay 6000 to cancel the agreement or else pay 45000 at surat district court.
Under Indian constitution of contract act 1872, IPC sec 73,74,74.
In the legal action you should pay total dues 45000 and other applicable. Which you have to pay in the court.
Like this msg sending.
These people are very frauds and doing blackmailing and trying to get money at free of cost from public.
Need to take action on them and stop doing harrestmemtS.
