I had ordered a racer jacket worth rs. 800 from this page called epicoutfitters.in on instagram (they now go by the name epicwear.in on instagram)
i had paid the amount beforehand (screenshot attached). after that, they stopped replying to my messages ENTIRELY. i texted them a gazillion times but still, they kept on ensuring me that the shipment was delayed. it has been more than 4 months now and there is no response from their side yet. i am so sick and tired of waiting patiently. being a broke student, i had been saving money to buy that jacket, and now it is all gone.
