I placed an order on EpicBuyz on 24th November 2024 with Order ID: M4IYXXZ119597890. The product was delivered on 28th November through DTDC courier. The quality of the product is extremely poor and nothing like what was shown on their website. This feels like a fraudulent company misleading customers with false advertising. I request immediate action and a full refund for this disappointing experience.
