I have booked a parcel with Envia Shipping to send to tamilnadu from ahmedabad.
after 25 days, the parcel was not delivered and tracking status was “at Bhivandi Hub”.
I have raised a ticket and lodge a complaint as per their system…. but not satisfied…
I have asked for my money as they cudnt deliver the parcel but they refused….
