I had booked a flight on Jan 9th 2021, ( Booking ID:- FMNAA3F5U3EKB) and PNR (X74BFA) which was canceled by me later on Jan 17th 2021.The flight was scheduled on Jan 24th,2021.I had previously also called the customer care executive and according to them the booking is canceled but the airlines did not initiate the amount. When I had a chat with airlines they are telling me that the booking is not canceled only. Since now it is more than 6 months they are not supposed to pay me any money. I had done the needful on time, but because of the miscommunication between airlines and via.com I am not supposed to receive a single penny. After putting pressure on them they agreed to pay me only RS 1053 (entire amount :- 5053).I think i should get the entire amount back as it was not a fault of mine.
