I enrolled for Business Analytics course by paying initial payment of Rs 1000 and later there was no response from them after few days they called and asked us to pay remaining 2500Rs to access the classes immediately.. They called continuously and persuaded sayin that the management has changed now IIT MANDI is collaborated they are offering the course..,If you do not pay immediately you have to pay 1000 more.Then immediately payment was done by me my account was created in their Website but I couldn’t access any classes I raised my issue but there was no response from them .For the last 3 months from nov i have contacted them several times but received no response and no classes for the 3500rs amount paid .
Suddenly today they have contacted me and asked me to pay Extra amount to access the classes saying that the actual course is 4000rs and same story regarding the firm now it’s been handled by IIT Mandi the same story their HR Nanda Kumar told me while briefing me about the course,opportunities of internship, offered because of the involvement of IIT Mandi the day I paid my remaining course amount.
It has been more than 6 months from initial payment 3 months since the final payment But no classes were accessible the site show number of course enrolled as zero..
They are fooling students from long time and taking advantage of their learning situation I have lost 3.5k ..
I kindly request to take strict action against these people and the firm for fooling the students and looting from them Help me get my money back..My parents had given that money trusting in this firm and it is not a small amount as I am still studying.
