Writing time and again and even to nodal officer no specific reply instead they are creating a fuss.
I JUST WANT TO KNOW THAT I AM ABROAD AND IF DON’T RECHARGE MY PREPAID NUMBER WILL I BE ABLE TO DO SO WHEN I RETURN TO INDIA.
INSTEAD OF REPLYING THEY WANT ME TO CONTACT CUSTOMERCARE FROM ABROAD OR SEND EMAIL AND WHEN EMAIL IS SENT THEY SAY IT IS NOT REGISTERED EMAIL.
I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND WHY SO MUCH FUSS ABOUT ANSWERING A SIMPLE GENERAL QUERY.
