Dear sir,
This is to inform you that my Jio fibre (Wi-Fi) is not working because of your technical issues.
I am not getting any actions performed by your technical team as I have registered my complaint several times every time your executive tells me that “our technical team will visit you in next 24 hours” and this is been repeated since 4 days. I don’t know when this 24 hrs will arrive and your engineer will pay a visit to me. The loss am suffering here due to this will your company pay it to me.??
I hope you take strict actions against your lazy engineers. Help me out ASAP
Your engineers are fooling me since last 3 to 4 days I don’t till when it will be continued and this is pathetic getting mental stress from your drama
