A complaint about broadband is done on 8/06/20 at airtel, patrakarpuram gomtinagar, and I have been told that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. After almost 45 hours I went to the center when the issue did not resolve. after insisting to give request number they again registered complain and ennd gineer Sazid is assign. he came at 1:30 and said there is problem in line which will take time may be next day it could be solved, if you take 799 plan your line will be activated within 30 minutes. I said yes due to urgent need of internet. till now I did not get internet. two time I went to airtel center. Sazid told them he is in contact with me while he did not told me anything. I got system generated msg that my isuue is resolved while it was not resolved.
