Respected Concern Person,
I have taken Airtel Xstream broadband connection in month of April and it has been installed on 11th April 2022. My connection stops working from 26th April 2022 onwards and I raised complain and my Complain no is “10034900048” but its almost 10 days and no service engineer is able to provide me proper solution and as days is passing no reply is coming from any Airtel engineer. One of Engineer is told me that there is no Port available in my locality so connection could not be provided in this location. Now I am totally blank as no support and no service I am getting So if there is no solution of my problem then kindly refund my payment made for 6 months as I could not able to use the Broadband hardly for 12 days.
Its a kind request kindly have a look at issues and refund my Payment which is advance payment for 6 months or else solve my issues.
