Airtel engineers came at my place to resolve a video problem I was facing due to loose cord connections. In that process he hurriedly mishandled my tv n dropped it breaking its screen beyond repair. I made a call to customer care instantly n got his name registered. They promised me to resolve the matter by 20th november 10am but in vain. In fact the call center people are trying to escape by calling n asking whether my matter has been resolved but it cant be resolved without a replacement.
