Airtel misguided me to do recharge. Once I recharged they deducted my data plan which was supposed to happen after expiration of my existing plan. They deducted the amount form the forthcoming pack and my existing data remains unused. Once the pack is expired I left with no data though it must be there.
In Airtel thanks app, no informations were provided regarding the recharged did. It was only showing “pack is expiring soon”. Once the current pack is expired, they started showing me no data and customer support also told that your pack was enable when you had done recharge. But ideally they would have shown me that in app. Why they terminated the plan 2-3 days before?
This is a complete cheating by a telecom company.
