Hi team….I travelled from Bangalore to ramdurg on 27th April (Bus No:4863) I have booked L16 seat which is double seat and L17 seat was un-booked. later at 11pm-12pm they have added passenger in my beside empty seat who was un booked. beside passenger had 2 kids with her and obviously they havent had space for them to sleep they had to sit and go to sleep and where as i am sleeping beside them. whole trip was un-comfortable with 4 of them in bed and they watching me sleep. so please look into this issue as its very bad experience for a anyone who paid enough for comfortable travel. I wouldn’t mind to pay extra and choose other travels next time. so pls look this
