There is no product in the package sent by Club factory order which I have received, after looking it tried to contact the Customer support team chat services, no response and next morning tried to contact Voice support team but got connected in the afternoon and informed what happened and the executive guided to go to Chat services and asked to share the pics of the package as i did, but later the response from the club factory is completely Null and Even I suggested them that “Check the package Transportation sheet for package weight and compare both with product weight and without product weight and check which one they sent me.” but still the response i wait till 2 to 3 Days everytime tried to contact and that to the reply will come after so many hours like 4 to 6 hours stating the same reply ” Dear we have already escalated to the senior department and they will take care and kindly wait for 2 to 3 business Days or 24 to 72 hours.
I even returned the product on the same day but raising the return request and got picked up the order after 2days.
