I had placed a prepaid order for a Fujifilm Palaroid Camera along with its Reel from my sister’s account for her Amounting to INR 4998. However, the package received by me was empty and contained only scrap and papers. I had raised an issue with Amazon in respect of the same and the same was forwarded for investigation.
However, the fact that got discovered by your investigation team was not communicated to me and my sister’s account was closed on account of violation of terms of Amazon. Also the amount was forfeited by Amazon.
Further, your executive who had conducted the investigation stated that : we should refrain from using your website.
