I’ve been delivered an empty box of speakers that I had pre payed the amount for, I have recorded the video of the box given by the delivery guy as he told me that it was oddly light weight and also the tape of the box sounded fishy to me. I also have the vehicle no that the delivery guy used and also took his phone no.
This is extremely not fair and I wanted the speaker for my SCHOOL DANCE PRACTICE and that’s the reason I opted for fast delivery and the scheduled delivery time was within 24 hours.
After immediately calling your customer care services, they informed that it will take 8-10 days to process and deliver the speaker . Eventually delaying the need for my product even further… This is truly UNACCEPTABLE and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.This personal experience has made me lose faith in boat products now.
I urge you to kindly help me with this and deliver the speaker as soon as possible.
