I ordered an earphone realme buds woreless pro with active noise cancelation. It arrived in an empty box with no bill and without plastic coverings as it used to arrive in earlier purchases. I immediately called the delivery guy and he told me to call the amazon customer care service, which I promptly did. They assured me to investigate the matter within the five days but they never called me back. I myself called them on 5th day ,they simply said that they have done the investigation and they have delivered the item intact(emphasis). Now I am here high and dry with nothing but an empty box, further they have become cold to my plight and not listening to me and cutting my calls. What is next recourse for me please help. Thanks in advance
