Ordered Boat smart ring on the very first day it was open for booking. But received box with empty product. Highly unprofessional organization – when I raised complaint and after providing all pictures they respond saying they have closed the investigation after finding no fault on their side. Absolutely disgusting response. So disappointed after having supported Indian company.
