I bought a used phone online through OLX.com, the phone was delivered to me by DELHIVERY firm. Initially i sent 500rs to the firm and COD for 14500 was confirmed. When Delhivery provided the parcel, i paid 14500 to agent and found out the box inside was fake phone. Delhivery mentioned about their fraud policy and did not refund the money on spot.
