So my wife ordered a watch few days back fossil men’s watch for more than 7000 rupees but when I opened the. Box there was no watch in that and when I contacted the customer team they said that they are forwarding my case to their investigating team and will get back to me within 5 days so I said okkay but for next 2 days I have not received any kind of update regarding the investigation so I called them and one of their executive asked me to call on 6feb so I called them today after talking to them for more than half an hour after talking to multiple people they all said that the read have reverted them and I have received the product all and they have completed their investigation whithout even contacting me once that is the package torn or what so what am I supposed to do now
