Hey,
I was working as an E-commerce executive in Rustom Hospitality Pvt Ltd, located at 3346(5B), Ground Floor, Survey No.66(P), Bharat Coal Compound, Near Jaj International, Near Guru Expotex, Kale Marg, Bail Bazar, Kurla (West), Sub-Urban, Mumbai – 400070; since last 2 years.
Recently, company’s director Mr. Sinhaar Rodrigues approached me to work in less salary i.e. almost half salary because of the financial condition of the company but i said them that i am not ready to do job in a less salary.
Then, they terminated to me without in prior 1 month notice & without any salary.
My nov-19 salary is still pending….Now when i ask them to give my salary…they saying that i have not submitted all handover work to my colleague but as per my colleague he said that he received all pending work + company’s assets from me.
now they are not ready to give me salary…please help on this.
