I have joined the Softwaregen technologies at 25th March 2019 as a Business Development Executive with a package of 5.4LPA. So, Monthly take home comes 44,000 after all deductions. But this monthly salary had a condition, if i dont meet the target, there will be deduction of 40% of monthly salary.
I resigned company at 13th May 2019, after working for 49days. They did not pay anything for that whole period.
After resignation, i was promised(mailed) that i will get paid total amount of 35180Rs, April Salary:26600(after 40% deduction) and May Salary as 8580Rs.
It was written in mail from the Owner at 13th May 2019.
After regular follow up, he paid me just 25,000Rs on 10th July, almost after 2.5month of my resignation.
He mentioned that he will pay the remaining amount of 10180 soon and since than, he is not replying or giving evasive reply.
Its clear indication of fraud and unethical behavior as a company.
Please help me and take action against such fraud company.
