I Subhash Das, was employed with Fitness Factory Gym located in 4th Floor Mehta House/Idea Square, 42- Veera Industrial Estate, Off Link Road, Opposite Citi Mall, Above Kalyan Jewelers, Andheri West, 400053, As the designation of Sales Manager, I have left the organization and have also completed my notice period required for a full and final settlement, I have done several follow ups with the organization via messages and phone calls but has not resolved the matter. There was also a time where I had stepped into the organization to ask directly about my salary however was sent back and received a abusive call from the owner of the organization Mr Jatinder Singh Monga stating that he will not give my salary, I did approach the police station to register an NC on this matter. I Just want my salary to be released since I have liabilities to take care and do no owe the company or hold any assets.
