Text of Complaint by Satish Shukla:

I got airtel broadband with xtreme box connection around 26 April 2022. Broadband works absolutely fine but xtreme box never started working. I have contacted many airtel officials, only to have no solution to my problem. It’s 8 July now and i have neither received a refund for my deposit nor the xtreme box has started working.
