I had taken the loan for purchasing the items from the flipkart, due to items defect I had to return the item, Flipkart Refunded back all the amount to Cashe itself. After chasing them for more than 2 months they have updated the same in their and my account, however on the daily basis they are calling my, sending the emails, threatening me, my cibil score has spoilt for delay payment. No one is capable to resolve the issue. It’s clearly a scam everytime someone new guy call and ask to pay the overdue amount. I have tell the same story that it’s already paid for next 3 months, then they are like okay we will check with our manager then update the same. But at the end nothing works out.
