i have purchased a washing machine from my emi card …on 2nd of every month emi deduct from my account ..my loan account no. 78KRCDJB571468…but this month i have paid my emi on time but it was not reflecting in my statement ..transcation was completed from my side on time .but they are sending me messeges for emi overdue..and with this they have fined me extra charges but i have paid my dues on time so why should i pay extra amount with it and also money of emi deducted from my account..
