I BOUGHT A NEW PHONE ON SAMSUNG DMI FINANCE. I MADE PAYMENT ON 5 DAYS BEFORE BUT PHONE WAS LOCKED. I ALSO TOLD CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO RESPONSE FROM OTHER SIDE
