I’ve purchased a refrigerator on Amazon at Rs.12490/- for 9 months no cost EMI of Rs. 1387.78 per month. Full amount is showing in credit card statement. Bank is saying it is Amazon responsibility and Amazon executive is saying it is bank responsibility. When I told I have recoding of bank executive saying it is Amazon responsibility they are not answering. They put me in hold and disconnected call 6 times.
