I had cancelled my booking but OLA IS taking money from me forcibly. I had sent out many emails to cancel my nach mandate for the payment of EMI of OLA ELECTRIC SCOOTER which I did cancel and got the refund of my down-payment after the deduction of 2300 rupees as cancellation charges from liquiloans.
Liquiloans have sent an auto debit still on 5th July which has affected my cibil score and also attracted bank charges for cheque bounce.
I want compensation of cheque bounce charges and also to cancel my ecs mandate.
