Pooja Sen Verma recently enrolled in the Skill Lync online course for front-end development. Initially, an Inside Sales Specialist named Manish sir from Skill Lync was the manager and Vivek Tiwari sir contacted me to take the course. Despite refusing repeatedly, they persisted and claimed that they were helping students and offering many facilities. After speaking with the representatives and gathering information, I thought enrolling in the course would be a good idea. I was dissatisfied with the course, found it difficult to understand, and could not fulfill the EMI demand of 1 lakh 10 thousand, And One month of EMI already Pay which was too high for me and MY family. I emailed the representatives to cancel MY loan and explained that I could not pay the monthly EMI due to financial issues. Although they discussed EMI before I joined, they did not mention the refund policy. They are now asking her to study policies, which has added to her dissatisfaction with the course. Despite many executives calling to convince ME to continue the course, I requested an immediate cancellation. They all said the same thing – “We are working on your issue” – and then hung up without any further response.
I have raised the course cancellation request but they are not responding, after a few weeks one executive called me about the cancellation issue, and they said that cancellation is not possible. After a few days I Continuously I am informing related to this issue but nobody want to listen I said I don’t want the course I want only close the loan Process you have a policy but if any one student does not want then how can you forces me .It’s not good. Skil-lync TORTURE me for EMI Eduvanz is torturing me. I sent many emails explaining that I am not interested in continuing the course and requested them to cancel it anyway. I seek assistance in finding a solution to this matter.
Some so many executives called me to convince the course to continue but I said I want to cancel it immediately all are saying the same thing we are working on your issue and they cutted the call and no reply from them.
This torture was Not good For me .for forcefully provided me with the course and Now Eduvanz is calling me every day. I informed all. I want to only close the loan process and without a problem return my documentation information.
I Am student PLease help Me how I pay the EMI i want only Cancel the loan because IN future skill-lync use my documents for MOney .
