I Do not have any loans with IDFC bank and not even any credit card, I used flipkart paylater and converted EMIs several times, it converted these into personal loans with IDFC, I paid my EMIs on time and preclosed all. suddenly I noticed my flipkart blocked and checked my credit score damaged. IDFC bank didnt closed any of the loans and not even marked single EMI as paid. this damaged my credit score to 648. now I cannot fet any loans, what to do now? daily the bank is calling and telling the loan of 66000 rs which i never purchased.
