There are 2 ongoing loans in my zest money account from which two of my loan EMI’s has to auto debit on 6th December, 2021 but one of the loan EMI didn’t auto debited, after few days I got a text that I am being charged a late fee of Rs. 250. I immediately called the customer service and as requested shared my bank statement while on call and as promised it would be waived off within 24hrs. But now even after calling several times and waiting for these many days it hasn’t been waived off yet they just keep on saying “we are working on it as your concern is already active” and asking to wait for sometime every time I call and more over my credit limit has been locked because of their fault plus my credit score is being affected. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long but it’s a very pothetic experience and it’s very stressful.
