I have a vehicle loan on cholamandalam finance ID 10165134.
On May 4th 2023 I paid my EMI ₹5836/- through Gadibazar app. Receipt No.GB0504898504 .
On May 5th 2023 Again ₹5836 debited from my account by NACH DEBIT-ACHDr HDFC02165000016647 CTHOLAINVE
On May 5th 2023 Itself I have made a complaint to customer care of cholamandalam finance and also sended a mail includes Debited transaction screenshos , and made so many calls to customer care still my issue is unsolved.
