I have paid Dhani EMI Loan Amount of Rs.1424 on Last January 2021.Company collection agent gives Transaction Screenshot through whatsapp.After that longtime.This June, 2021 the new Collection Executive that I not made Payment of Rs.1424 on Last January 2021.I Replied with same Screenshot to the new Collection Executive and replied them why you’ll not noted.They said .I haven’t statement for that.After that they apologise for the statement issue.
But along withit. I have taken Dhani One freedom loan on Sep.2020.Some amount taken for loan deduction purpose.This also not getting on statement.That online screenshot provided by new Collection Executive reports there’s not paid on no amount on 2020 month. Still I have many issues in getting statetement.They will not providing last paid statement to my mail. They asked me to make payment, after then only able to give Loan statement.Please help guide me ,I frustrated due to this misbehaving service
