This is srinuvasa rao palla and my ICICI policy no: 27147301. on 05/04/2022 paid premium of amount Rs 25496 through third party ( shopSe ) on EMI basis for 3 months and i paid 2 months on 3rd month due to policy fore closure amount not deducted and i got a mesg from ICICI that amount going to refund.
till now i dint receive my amount which i paid. kindly look into the issue and solve it as early as possible.
below are the payment details reflected on the attached statement.

our refund was successfully processed for the transaction ID S05042218183046826 on 6/11/2022, 3:20:52 PM for the amount of ₹ 25496.00
We request you to kindly check with Axis bank with the reference number 857493.
where as i met bank manage and cross check the account statement twice but amount not reflected and refunded.
pls kindly solve the above issue.
