Dear Team,
PFA all screenshots and account statement for your reference.
Daily i am getting calls and messages and mail regarding overdue payments.
First of all i want to tell you that emi structure is autodebit emi was already debit from my account on same day i got mail confirmation also from cashe i have attached my account statement receipt each and everything I have attached with this mail then why are guys calling me everyday and asked me to pay emi and in your application also why the status is showing overdue you guys are making fool to the customer or what you guys don’t have any sense that customer already told your executive that emi already paid still you guys calling to customer again and again and harassing me. This is my final warning to you i don’t know on which type of system you are working that is totally waste if you are guys are not able to track customers record that emi was debit or not emi is paid or not then you guys couldn’t do nothing in your life.
I will give you final warning to you guys update my status asap in application as well as drop a mail that emi was successful debit from my account and if I am getting any call sms or email reminder regarding cashe payment so i ll complaint in consumer court for this harassment and your grievances also.
Kindly note my words and do the needful asap.
