Dear Team
I am unable to use airtel service from last 1 week. I have prepaid number (Bihar and Jharkhand circle) (Currently I am in Roaming in uttarakhand). I was facing some application error issue in old Sim. I change the Sim from Rudrapur Airtel main. New SIM was not activated even after 72 hrs as committed by customer care. Again I change the another Sim from same place on advised by customer care but again second sim is also not working, Signals are not there and error message is coming as ‘ not register on network’ . As per customer care the new sim is activated in the system.
Please resolve the issue on property. Hoping your early response please.
