Our vendor (M/S. FRUIT CORNER CHEMIST, New Delhi), had handed over 3 cartons containing 50pc each (Total 150 pcs) of Infrared Thermometer on 5.5.2020 at Delhi for delivery at Siliguri (West Bengal). These goods were assured of delivery on 6th May,2020 evening, under consignment No. DEL203217567 along with E-way BILL No. 7411 2721 6070.
After long chasing strenuous efforts loss of time time and energy we found our goods reached Kolkata instead of Siliguri. Their agents all mis-behaved with us on enquiry. However, on 18th May we received 3 cartons. At time of delivery one carton was badly tempered, and weighed 1.36kg lesser (6.64kg) compared to 8kg each of other two cartons.On opening the tempered carton even the Courier Manager, Dhrubjyoti found it contained only 43pc of IR thermometers, and not 50pc as that of other two cartons. While booking our Supplier had already given 3 copies of GST Invoices and E-way Bills to courier in Delhi.
Our complaint and claim is for – 7pc IR thermometers stolen Rs.3150 x 7pc=22050, loss due to fall in market value of goods 150pc x 750=Rs.112,500, loss of business, loss of measne profits besides losing prospective customers, anxiety, harassments, deficiency in services at all above counts, breach of trust,etc. to the tune of Rs.100,000/-
We have already sent every detail by email to the Head Office of Professional couriers at Mumbai, and Delhi, inclusive of GST Invoice, E-wayt Bill, copy of AWB, pics of tempered carton, video clip of counting by same courier Mananger while taking delivery, pic of other cartons too, along with our claim letter dated 18.5.2020. They have neither replied to this COmplaint, nor paid our claims so far.
We had also lodged complaint on 12 May, 2020, at Delhi, this too they have not responded.
