My name is Subhra Chakraborty. I have a complaint to file.That is, my mother and father took a loan from a private company by my father’s name. My parents went there through brokers.His name is Amit Ghosh. He also assured my parents that the loan would be done, taking care of my parents very well in the beginning.He called again and again when he will come! Come today, the office is empty, he used to say various things like that. And he assured us that your loan will be done.That’s why my parents believed his words and kept visiting that office again and again.From the day of starting office, whenever they start doing document verification,Today server problem, tomorrow not taking login, day after tomorrow they said loan sanction is not given in Indian Overseas Bank. Because my mother has Indian Overseas Bank And the fastly the loan was supposed to be taken by my mother’s name But when they said that they don’t get loan approval after the end of Indian over, we have a little doubt. And I also forbid my mother that there is no need to go there and no need to take a loan from there. But my mother has financial problem that because of my mother wants to take the loan compulsorily. That’s why father’s Punjab National Bank, And in the loan office, I saw the poster of Punjab National Bank, so it was decided to take the loan in my father’s name. Our requirement was a loan of 5 lakh rupees but my father is 56 years old, so they said that the loan would not be such a big amount for his age. But they said: “I will give you a loan of 3 lakh rupees.” They then said us to come at their suitable time and the loan would be approved on that day. And yes, another broker suddenly entered And he got involved himself and gave my parents his phone number Then he calling like a guardian and he assures that he will do the loan. Then all the processing goes through him, but now he’s doing all the denials.
And after they called, my parents went to their office, then they put me on hold for a long time because their server was having problems After sitting down again after a long time to tell them then they called again, After calling again while starting the processing of loan application is started, They were saying that their server was having problems. Then we are told to sit there and wait and we wait. After a long time around 3:30 my mother went and knocked them Then they call us to say yes then they start processing again Then they again said that there is a server problem, it will not happen today, so please submit your aadhaar card and pan card, we will process it. That said my father returned home after submitting his aadhaar card and pan card and after a day or two they called again and went then they processed the aadhaar card and pan card And take no confirmation from my parents, Before that they transferred the loan to my father’s bank and that too 1 lakh and initially they said that they will deduct 15% but they deduct 25% Means they deducted 25 thousand rupees, all the brokers they were and those who passed the loan separated the money among themselves. Then when my mother wanted to know why you transferred 1 lakh rupees instead of 3 lakh rupees, they said That three lakh rupees loan is not available now, we will do it when you come two days later. Then two days later when my parents went to the office, they did not pay the remaining 2 lakh rupees.

Now my problem is that from 5th September we keep getting repeated messages on our phone from money view app that you have a loan of Rs.1 lakh and your EMI is Rs.7831 why are you not pay this EMI And they keep on embarrassing me by sending messages on the phone repeatedly. My parents keep telling us that we don’t have any loan from money view app. And 7 thousand 831 rupees EMI, nothing like that happened to us. The name of the loan office we went to was Alex Association. And there our EMI will be Rs 2300 for five years fixed like this but Alex association has not received any message regarding EMI. Later we called both the brokers – Amit and Kaushik, neither of them were willing to listen to our problem rather they said that we are not your servants and we are not responsible for any of your problems. Now we are talking about EMI amount was fixed 2300 rupees from Alex association. But I don’t know this means View App, they are asking 7,831 rupees from us. Which we cannot provide. Because my father’s income is 10 thousand rupees. With that thought my father agreed for 2300 rupees, now they are bothering my parents unnecessarily, now in this situation please help my parents. Save my parents, because a normal person doesn’t think about loans unless they are in a lot of trouble.  please help us .
