I had received a call from the airtel office that my connection was stopped for 4 months and was not used so the total outstanding amount was 2206rs and I’m getting a rental reversal offer of 50% so I’ll have to pay only 1103 rs to start the connection back. Then they even sent me an email regarding the same so I made the payment and my connection was started. Right after 4 days my airtel app was showing balance of 1103 and when I mailed the customer care regarding this they told it will be resolved within 24-48 hrs and then they disconnected my WiFi and when I asked them to start it back at first they told me that it will be started within 2 hrs then again I called them that it’s not working they again promised it will start within 2 hrs. After waiting for 24 hrs I called them again now they are asking me to pay 1103 again to make my WiFi to work again. When I told them about the email they me to send it to the airtel mail Id they will reply within 4 hrs but they never replied. My WiFi is stopped and my money is also stuck and I have to call them again again but not resolved yet. If I ask them to start my wifi they say they won’t do it until I pay the amount again
