I had raised a request to update my email id by calling 121, on 21st October 2020, the guy on the call said it will be updated by 29th October 2020. However, it’s not updated yet. I need to convert my sim to eSIM and when I send a message for that I get a reply that says “Email Id not registered with us”. I called 121 again today (30th Oct’2020) and the guy says it might take 4-5 more days for confirmation. What kind of system does Airtel use where it takes 8-10 days to just update an email id???
