These guys are sending a nasty emails & msgs saying
This notice informs you that *ELON SOLUTION* can file a case under clause of Indian Arbitration and Reconciliation Act, 73,74,75 which will be against you under law under 1996 for breach of contract which mentions that agreement If you have not been successful, your job has not been completed or failed, then you will have to pay the Penalty.
Section 73. imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to reduce its loss,
Section 74. Compensation for breach of contract, punished for when the contract is broken,
Section 75. The party properly saved the contract, entitled to compensation. A person who properly defends the contract is entitled to be considered for any damages which he has sustained through non-fulfillment of the contract.
We are a legal department. This email is to inform you that you have not failed/ submitted/ canceled your work. After that according to the terms and conditions, the company is eligible to take legal action against you if you do not pay the amount.
